Ingredients

For 4 Batch(es)

Baba de camelo

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
5 eggs
5 biscuits
1 handful of peeled almonds

Baba de camelo (Camel's drool) Directions

    1. Let the canned milk boil in a pot for about 3 hours
    2. Wait until it cools down (Put the can into a vessel filled with cold water or leave it in the fridge for some time).
    3. Open the can and pour the milk into a bowl.
    4. Separate egg yolks from whites.
    5. Add the yolks to the condensed milk and mix everything using a mixer.
    6. Whip egg whites until stiff and add them to the condensed milk with yolks.
    7. Pour the dessert to bowls.
    8. Decorate it with almonds and crushed biscuits.                                                                                   

Recipe notes

Before serving it, put in into the fridge for an hour or two and wait until it cools down.

Would a camel eat it ? I don’t think so, but I’ve had it and it was really delicious!
